In Pursuit of Deeper Understanding

Not another health blog. A science literacy resource for readers who want a deeper understanding of the evidence — not just the conclusion.

About Caveat Scientia & Its Mission

Every week, a new headline tells you what to eat, what to fear, and what the latest study “proves.” Most of those headlines were not written to inform you. They were written to get you to click. The truth of what a study actually found is rarely what sells.

Caveat Scientia exists to close that gap.

This is a science literacy publication for curious, skeptical readers who want more than a verdict. We dig into the evidence, explain what studies can and cannot tell us, and teach the tools to evaluate the next claim yourself. Because the goal was never to tell you what to think. It was always to help you think better.
